Terms and Conditions:
- This giveaway social media game (hereinafter referred to as “the Activity”) is organized by Urbanwood Hung Hom (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).
- Each participant may only participate once and will have only one chance to win.
- The activity starts on May 27, 2025 and end at 11:59 pm on June 30, 2025 (Hong Kong time, GMT+8).
- Participants must submit their answers by leaving a comment on the designated post and follow all the designated steps on the official Facebook page or Instagram account of the Organizer before the deadline. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, unreadable, or delayed submissions during submission.
- The Organizer will select six participants with the most creative, relevant, and feasible answers (hereinafter referred to as “Winners”), who will receive the following prizes:
First Prize (1 winner): One-night accommodation in a Deluxe room at Urbanwood Hung Hom
Second Prize (5 winners): A set of Urbanwood Exquisite Gift Set
If the product is not available, similar item with same value will be replaced.
- If the winner is under 18 years old, their parent or guardian must accompany them to receive the prize. Upon reasonable request by the organizer, the parent or guardian must provide proof of their identity, such as the birth certificate of the underage winner or legal documents proving guardianship.
- The list of winners will be announced on the Urbanwood Hotels official Facebook page or Instagram account. Winners will receive a notification and details on how to receive their prize via their Facebook or Instagram account. Winners must confirm their name (matching their identification) and contact number within two weeks of the announcement, otherwise, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize.
- All prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, gifts or offers. They may not be resold to others.
- The Organizer will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from participating in this game or using the prize.
- The Organizer will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by participating in the game or using the prizes and will not assume any legal responsibility.
- Any disputes regarding the quality, value, or terms of the prizes must be resolved directly between the winner and the supplier of the prize.
- All materials submitted during the activity cannot contain or potentially contain any advertising or promotional content, business organization names, intermediary names, or investment product names, illegal, immoral, obscene, pornographic, inciting, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, political, offensive, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties (including intellectual property rights), or other inappropriate content. The Organizer has the exclusive and absolute discretion to determine what constitutes inappropriate content and has the right to delete comments and disqualify participants without further notice. The Organizer also reserves the right to pursue all losses and damages incurred by the Organizer, its affiliates, or business partners from participants.
- By participating in this activity, the participant agrees and accepts the terms and conditions of this activity, as well as agrees that the Organizer may use the content of the participant’s Facebook or Instagram post and their username for the purpose of this activity or for announcing the list of winners, without any notices or compensation.
- Employees of the Organizer are not allowed the participate in this activity to ensure fairness.
- By participating in this game, any participant agrees to all of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision of cancelling the qualification of the participant or winner.
- The Organizer has the right to cancel or modify any terms and conditions of this activity at any time without further notice.

1. Participants must ensure that the personal information they provide is accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information will not be processed. The personal information provided by participants in this activity will only be used for the purpose of this activity, including result notification, prize arrangement, and prize collection.
2. The provision of information by participants is voluntary, but if participants do not provide the required information, their eligibility to participate in the activity will be cancelled. All collected information will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
