  2. Pet’s health certificate should be provided upon check-in
  3. Pet must be kept in a carrier in public areas
  4. One small pet under 12kg (around 25 pounds) is allowed per room for overnight stays, with the exception of guide dogs
  5. No cancellation is allowed once the booking is confirmed
  6. Reservations must be modified at least 72 hours prior to arrival day
  7. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable
