Lamma Winds

The well-known giant wind turbine in Lamma Island is the first Wind Power Station in Hong Kong. It produces one million units of green electricity which is able to support the electrical consumption of 250 local families every year. An exhibition area is next to the wind turbine which introduces the design, operation of the Wind Power Station and information on renewable energy. You can also enjoy the panoramic view of Lamma Island and Southern Hong Kong Island from the pavilion.
