An important historical figure, Hung Shing was an astronomer and geographer who forecast the weather for fishermen and merchants.
Hung Shing Fair is held in Aberdeen on the 13th day of the second lunar month each year. Pilgrims dress-up for this colorful parade which features exuberant dragon and lion dances.
